Choose a service in the app or Customer Portal, confirm your location, review the price and book. We'll match you with the nearest qualified CARELX technician.

Most roadside requests are reached in about 18–45 minutes, depending on distance, traffic and demand. You'll see a live ETA once a technician is assigned.

Yes. Once your request is accepted you'll see the technician's name, photo, rating and live GPS location until they arrive.

For roadside services, yes, or someone you authorize. For scheduled washes and maintenance, you can arrange access with your technician in the app.

Yes. Car wash, detailing and maintenance services can be scheduled for a time that suits you.

You pay only for the labor service you request, plus a distance fee if applicable. There are no memberships and no hidden fees, and the final price is shown before you confirm.

The first 10 miles are included. Beyond 10 miles, a fee of $1.50 per additional mile applies.

Labor prices don't include parts. You can supply your own parts, or your technician can source them for you with your approval.

Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Every completed service includes a digital invoice and receipt.

Contact us within 7 days. We'll review the job and may offer a re-service, partial refund or full refund.

Yes. Every CARELX technician passes document verification and a background check before they can accept jobs.

Technicians inspect your vehicle and you approve the price before work starts. They upload before/after photos, and you confirm and rate the service when it's complete.

Yes. Payments are processed securely and we never store your full card number.

Apply online, submit your documents and complete a background check. Once approved, you can go online and start receiving jobs near you.

A valid driver's license and insurance, automotive repair experience, your own basic tools, a reliable smartphone and a passed background check.

You see your earnings before accepting a job, and payouts are made weekly by direct deposit. Tips go 100% to you.
