1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RODLX website, mobile applications and related services (together, the "Platform") operated by RODLX Technologies LLC ("RODLX", "we", "us"). By creating an account, requesting a service or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. What RODLX Does

RODLX is a technology platform that connects customers with independent, verified CARELX technicians who provide roadside assistance, mobile car wash and detailing, and car care and maintenance services at the customer's location.

CARELX technicians are independent service providers, not employees of RODLX. RODLX facilitates booking, dispatch, tracking, payment and support.

3. Your Account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Keep your login details secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
• Provide accurate information, including your location, vehicle details and contact information.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

4. Requesting a Service

When you request a service, we match you with an available technician based on factors such as distance, estimated arrival time, qualifications and availability. Arrival times shown in the app are estimates and may change due to traffic, weather or demand.

Before any work begins, the technician performs a vehicle inspection and you review and approve the labor price. Work only starts after your approval.

5. Pricing & Payments

RODLX uses labor-only pricing: you pay for the labor service you request plus a distance fee where applicable. The first 10 miles are included; a distance fee applies to each additional mile as shown in the app before you confirm.

Parts are not included in labor prices. You may supply your own parts or ask the technician to source them at an additional cost that you approve in advance. Fuel delivered as part of a fuel delivery service is charged separately.

The final price is shown before you confirm. Payment is processed securely through the Platform, and a digital invoice and receipt are provided for every completed service.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund rules are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Acceptable Use

• Treat technicians and support staff with respect.
• Make sure the vehicle and service location are safe and legally accessible.
• Only request services for vehicles you own or are authorized to have serviced.
• Do not misuse the Platform, submit false requests or interfere with its operation.

8. Ratings, Reviews & Photos

After each service you may rate and review your technician. Technicians may take before-and-after photos of the vehicle to document the work performed. Reviews must be honest and must not contain offensive or unlawful content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, RODLX is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

If something goes wrong with a service, contact us and we will work with you and the technician to make it right.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
