Before the job
- Keep your phone charged and the CARELX app updated.
- Review the job details and customer notes before you head out.
- Make sure you have the tools and supplies the service needs.

- Confirm arrival in the app and introduce yourself.
- Verify the vehicle matches the request.
- Inspect the vehicle and explain the labor price clearly before starting.

During the service
- Take clear before and after photos.
- Work safely — use cones or a warning triangle at the roadside.
- Ask for approval in the app before any additional work or parts.

After the job
- Walk the customer through what you did.
- Mark the job complete and upload photos.
- Leave the area clean — it shows in your ratings.
